I had a blast at the Wheeler Farm workshop with Jen Fauset. I loved going to wheeler farm, i had not been there before to shoot and I loved the lighting, loved it so much im going to be offering mini sessions there this summer!!! I was busy teaching most of the time but was able to snag a few and boy was this little girl gorgeous!!!! I think i finally got my blog posting down too! so no more scary oversharpened images, or undersharpened images, phew! Enjoy!
I absolutely loved this session! Most of the maternity shoots I do are in the studio, so when its nice out I love to venture outside! I think she looks absolutely stunning!!!!! What a way to show off the beauty of pregnancy. These images were shot during a mentoring session, where i was the mentoree! Kind of nice for a change, I loved it, then again I love learning!

Learning what? A little bit of everything. We will start in salt lake and learn some technical things and using our cameras (it helps if you know how to shoot in M but other modes are fine), then we will come to my home in syracuse and learn a little bit of studio stuff, and then on to photoshop. Photoshop will not be in depth things like i teach in my class, but more or less just general workflow to speed the process of editing, and have your results consistant.

For those that know I recently mentored last week, out of respect for my mentor I will NOT be teaching anything that I was taught from the mentoring i received, although its not in the learning agenda =)
This couple is anxiously awaiting the arrival of their third baby….gender unknown!!!! im so excited to meet their little one and im wondering if the baby is a boy, or a girl, just out of sheer guess im going to say girl 
Thanks so much you guys I enjoyed capturing some of your last moments as a family of 4…..oh, and seriously, three isnt as hard as people say it is 
I had the opportunity to photograph this large family for moms birthday!!!! What a great birthday gift!! Large groups are hard to get everyone together, everyone looking etc but these guys were super fun and relaxed! Enjoy the sneak peak!
